What is the maximum vehicle height that your car parks can accommodate?

The maximum height depends on which car park you choose. Each of our car park information sheets includes pictograms indicating the maximum admissible height of each hourly-rate car park. We also have special spaces for vehicles higher than 1.95 metres. These spaces are subject to special rates and advance booking is required. For more informations click here.

Can fixed prices be extended?

No. Once the fixed price has been selected, it cannot be extended. For example, a three-day fixed price (57.00€) cannot be extended to a five-day fixed price (67€), even if you pay the price difference.

As such, you will need to decide carefully before selecting your chosen fixed price. Our staff are on hand to advise you if necessary.

Can fixed prices be refunded?

No. Once the fixed price has been selected, it cannot be refunded for any reason.

What should I do if I lose my parking ticket?

If our lincence plate control system allows it, we can establish a new paid pass, starting on your exact date of arrival at the package price (internet rate or regular price depending on your case). Indeed, the lost ticket could be used by someone else to go out fraudulently. In the event that our system does not find your exact time and day of arrival you will have to pay the daily allowance of 27 euros / day (VAT included).

What should I do if I want to use my vehicle during the parking period?

With our fixed-price parking options, you can enter and leave the car park as you wish during your parking period at no extra cost. You will need to select the fixed price option of your choice when you arrive at the car park. This will allow you to use your vehicle at your own convenience.
